"Very friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist, and I think her name was Sarah, was particularly helpful and friendly, and welcomed me with a smile. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and the service attentive and a good choice of different dishes. The room was fresh and modern and the bed very comfortable indeed. It was also very quiet in the room with no intrusive noises from traffic or anything. I didn't have the time to use the leisure facilities unfortunately so can't comment. Nice hotel and staff! "

"Future Inn hotel stay was beyond our expectation. Very comfortable beds, very clean amenities, polite and professional staff and a very tasty buffet breakfast which is the icing on top of the cake. Staff membet Zoltan at the front desk was exceptional who always go an extra mile. I wholeheartedly recomnend this hotel which situated right next to a big shopping centre and closer to Bristol temple meads station. For the price we paid for a family of 4, it was worth every penny.
