On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"

"This space was authentically rustic and very livable. Modern kitchen conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty immediate hot water & pressure. Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights.
