"I have loved the ACE Hotel for years. I’ve probably stayed there more than any other guest. I found out today it will no longer be the ACE. The Hyatt Group purchased the hotel. I read they would not alter the interior, just changing the name. Time will tell. I will say this.., the name Hyatt and the vibe the ACE has had over the years doesn’t mesh well with me. I’ve talked to several people and they are agree and are just as skeptical about the future of one of Nola famous places to stay. In...

"If you are looking for a hotel with room service, this is not for you. If you are looking a quaint room with a New Orleans feel, this is it. The courtyard makes for a nice place to sit in the morning for coffee. French doors that open to your room. Great bed and the bathroom was perfect. Walkable to Bourbon Street. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that sucks is there is no parking. You have to pay down the street. If you are staying for an extended time, do not bring a car....
