"The room was clean. The staff are all kind and friendly. It seemed like the staff enjoyed being there, which makes an difference. Everyone was kind and welcoming. They serve breakfast. When I walked into the area, I was surprised at how large the space was and there is an outdoor sitting area. They also serve drinks and hors d’oeuvres from 5:30-7:00 pm, I thought it was going to be finger food, but you honestly could have made a meal out of it. I had a concern with a neighbor’s noise being too...

"I don't like the fact that you pay an additional 29.95 a day resort fee and then have to pay $25 a day to reserve a lounge or cabana by the pool. Pool is tiny. TV streaming was stopped working. They sent someone did not solve problem. This is a very cool hotel. The stall was super nice. I liked that they give you a $15 dollar credit for the mini bar if you skip the room cleaning. "

"Rooms were perfect, clean with comfortable beds and plenty of siting room in the living area. All top shelf appliances and fixtures. Located within walking distance to Bourbon, Frenchman streets and the waterfront. Very close to WW 2 museum which I highly recommend seeing. Staff was very responsive to any questions and requests. A great place to stay for a little peace and quiet after a day and evening downtown."
