We took the Amtrak to New Orleans, and the hotel was conveniently located near the station. It was close to the French Quarter by public transportation or taxi. The building was right around the corner from the intersection of S. Rampart and Common. For some reason, the neighborhood was noisy at mid-night. Otherwise, the studio was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Clean facility and clean room, BUT Photos on advertisement does not accurately represent the actual place. Very noisy street with cars, police and sirens activities during nighttime. We loved this stay, it was so nice to have more space than a regular hotel room, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area were perfect for the three of us. Great location. Walked everywhere and was just a block from the Saenger where we had tickets for a show.
