"Staff all round the hotel very pleasant and extremely helpful. Food at breakfast great. Only problem was cleaning the room. It wasn’t done without asking and when it was done the sheets weren’t changed in 5 days. Which is such shame as the hotel itself was perfect. Great location in walking distance from canal street"

"Exceptionally clean room with quality amenities and buffet breakfast with quality fresh green banana, orange and sweet apples. Staff are very accommodating and well trained with experience how to address the questions and very helpful Joveonna, Rene, Nicole except Ronnie who seems to have the bad hair day for 2 days with stern face and short answer. She needs to be trained that this the reputable work place and she is not at home."
