"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "

"Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos neste hotel durante o carnaval. Pudemos curtir a festa ou assistir de “camarote” os bloquinhos que passavam em frente ou próximos. Apesar de ser localizado no meio da folia, os quartos eram silenciosos e pudemos dormir tranquilos."

I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well. "
