Amazing staff. I don’t speak Portuguese, but the desk and dining staff went out of their way to effectively communicate and serve. This hotel is really a great place to stay! The room was beautiful and super clean. The mattress and linens were sumptuous and very comfortable.

Excellent customer service!! I went with my family last week and stayed for about two weeks. Front desk Patrick and manager Joao are super helpful and friendly. They really welcome you! Breakfast is amazing imagine with live music and everything super delicious. Alan the restaurant manager is outstanding always come to our table to make sure everything is going well! The general manager Thiago is super nice and make sure everything is doing well! The amenities are amazing, pool and gym the view is beautiful!! Also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very safe area!! I recommend the hotel!!

Localização ótima, tranquila e com restaurantes, mercado e academias bem proximos. Hotel bem limpo e novo, café da manhã com muita variedade. A cama era king (muito confortável) porém limitava a locomoção dentro do quarto, uma cama queen acho que seria melhor. O telefone estava funcionando, mas não tocava quando ligavam para o quarto, isso foi ruim, pois pedi comida e não sabia que havia chegado, pois fui informada que tentaram ligar para o quarto, mas não atendi, sendo que na verdade não tocou.

Amei a estadia !! O Staff é sensacional! Principalmente o pessoal do café da manhã. Fernando, o barista é maravilhoso!! Achei que o banheiro poderia está mais limpo, pois achei a porta com marcas de líquido escorrido que poderia ter sido tirada. Fora isso, tudo maravilhoso!
