It could be better

The sink was clogged and the conditions of the walls could be better. The other guests were really noisy, especially in the morning and at midnight.

The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

O hotel é bom, numa região de fácil acesso e relativamente tranquila, um bom custo beneficio. O restaurante do hotel serve diferentes tipos de comida, provamos um pouco da comida japonesa e pedimos pratos italianos que estavam bons, o café da manhã também estava bom e variado. O staff é bem amigável e prestativo. O único ponto que preciso pontuar, é a limpeza, o quarto estava ok, o banheiro acredito que pode ser melhor limpo.

Hotel Primoroso

Excelente relação custo-benefício. Atendimento primoroso de toda equipe. Quartos amplos, com cama confortavel. Restaurante com opção de rodízio de pizzas, sushi, ou pratos executivos e a La Carte. Cafe da manha muito bom. Bairro tranquilo. Ja deixei varias vezes o carro em frente ao hotel na rua mesmo sem problemas. Há restaurantes, padaria, supermercado, lojas, farmácia e banco próximos. Os quartos mais altos possuem uma vista linda de Belo Horizonte. Recomendo!
