"Picked this hotel for a Saturday night post-concert evening stop over. England were playing at Wembley, which mean all our normal choices were ridiculously priced. It was perfectly serviceable for our needs, the pod was clean and very quiet. Bathroom facilities are shared per floor, but these were well kept and never very busy. All food options are vending machines in reception, we just had coffees in the morning, then went elsewhere for breakfast."

"The rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was great. The hotel was centered in the middle of the of everything. Just a few yards out the hotel was Big Ben, Thames River, Westminster Abbey. All within walking distance. Great experience. Would come back and also recommend"

"Clean, functional, room, small for the price, but normal for London. Staff were all lovely and super helpful, and the location is great. My single criticism would be the luggage room - we were planning on leaving luggage after checkout while we explored the city before getting our trainers. However after being directed downstairs to the luggage room, we found the queue to drop off bags was ridiculous - stretching the length of the corridor and around the corner. We estimated it would take 45 mins or more just to drop our bags, and who knows how long we'd have to wait to collect it. This could have been mitigated by having additional staff working the line and processing bags at peak times, but there appeared to be only the one person. We decided not to waste our time there and instead went to Euston Station and paid £15 each to stash our bags for the day."

"A very nice modern and clean aparthotel, with some great facilities, especially the lounges and free coffee machines. The only bit I think could do with improvement is the provision of some more basic items. The honesty shop in reception is a great idea, but seems to miss some basic items like toothpaste. Another thing that I would appreciate is the provision of sweeteners with the tea and coffee alongside the sugar sachets."

"Hotel and room was very clean. check in and check was very easy and staff were on hand to support where needed. If you'd like to leave luggage in the hotels luggage hold, this will cost you £15 per day. Additionally it costs £40 for earlier check in. Unfortunately there were no facilities to make cups of tea"
