"The condo was perfect! The complex was quiet and secure. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed with plenty of parking. The pool was great after a short day at Universal Park. We would definitely stay again if traveling in the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. It's pretty close to Disney and Universal Studios which was a plus. We had two very minor issues which were handled immediately. Check in was very easy. The host called to make sure we got in ok. Communication was excellent. We had a wonderful stay."

"The property was as described, there were 7 of us and we had no space issues. If you are traveling with a baby or kids this place is definitely for you. They have games for the kids in the “kid’s room”, a plug in outdoor grill which we found pretty cool and my husband was able to grill us up dinner nights we were there. There is a pond behind the apartment building and a baby gator that my kids named George that hangs out in there (just don’t get too close, admire from the window or patio). Andrew was a great host and was easy to contact via email while we were there. We did arrive in town a day earlier and were able to check in a day in advanced, he made everything so seamless and we appreciate it. We would definitely stay again during future trips. Cons: (they definitely aren’t deal breakers for us) my oldest daughter (15) complained that the mattress on the twin bed she slept on would make noise whenever she moved I understand this next part has zero to do with the host and their beautiful place, but my parents tried taking my oldest and youngest to the pool between 5:30-6:00 pm while we took our middle daughter to her practice and were yelled at by another resident telling them they couldn’t use the pool because it was dusk already and it was closed (the sun didn’t set until nearly 8 that night). This is just a rule to take into consideration if you plan on using the pool here."

"My wife and I plus another couple booked this location for a 5 day golf and relax vacation. We found the location to be excellent and the home itself to be very clean And well equipped. We will probably book it for another stay next year"

"We had such a wonderful time at this VRBO! The house is awesome, very clean, super modern, and has 6 big bedrooms, perfect for our whole 2 families. Private heated pool, hot tub with SPA were so much fun and the lake view is just gorgeous! BBQ on the patio was great. The kids were so happy playing in the playroom, and we loved how close it is to Disney parks and restaurants. The neighborhood is really safe and very quiet. Everything was clean and comfy, and the house had all we needed for a great vacation. We’re already excited to come back and highly recommend this place"

"Unfortunately we had a very bad stay at this location. Our car was towed right in front of the house on our first night and cost us 225!!!! We had to go through police station to find out where it was towed and when we got to the towing company they said that someone from HOA called to get our car towed because we were parked on the wrong side of the street!!. We were home all day and they didnt even tried knocking on the door to tell us to move it. We later found out that either the owner or HOA gets a percentage of the tow bill!! So we were preyed on by the HOA or the owner. Other than that the house has spiders/mosquitos or bed bugs. 4 people in our households had very bad rashes on their bodies. The pool has dead worms and spiders. Someone was supposed to come clean the pool on Tuesdays and nobody showed up. The pool cleaning stick was broken as well so we couldn't do it ourselves. No BBQ grill or pool toys whatsoever. The pool table and air hockey were very old and in the garage and the garage had no AC so it was unbearable to stay there. I asked the owner to refund us in the tow bill and she stopped responding to my messages."
