"Rooms were not clean, a big disappointment"

"Good location and budget price with a small but fun lazy river. Upon arrival our room had a smoke smell even though it was non-smoking and we found our smoke alarm completely disabled with the disconnected wires sticking out. Unfortunately, we also found a roach in our room late the second night of our stay. The front desk associate did give us another room on another floor, but it was a huge inconvenience having to pack all our belongings so late and the whole situation made us feel very...

"Staff was extremely rude and unwilling to help when our reservation wasn’t honored due to a policy change that we weren’t notified of by the hotel"

"The fact that we stayed 11 days nobody came to at least sweep the room we made made our own bed took our own garbage out thank God we had walmart bags to replace the little garbage can they had and ran out of toilet paper was supposed to have gotten some never did had to buy our own and towels. "The room was very clean and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. My stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced alternative to larger resorts near Disney. I would put the cleanliness of the rooms and helpfulness of the staff on par with those larger resorts and well above other similar priced hotels in the area. I cannot say enough nice things about my stay."

"Okay parking. Outdoor music too loud and went on until 11:00pm!"

"Read all the reviews but still go, I had read mixed things and still chose them and I’m so happy I did, good location, activities, late check out (2pm) I was super happy and surprised w that, very nice breakfast, coffee available always, room was spacious, clean, Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, my only complaint would be it smelled citrusy but that is a personal thing, other than that no complaints from me, it was a wonderful stay!"
