"Very disappointed by the upkeep or lack there of. This is more of a motel. Despite upgrade it has an old esthetic. Pool is out of order. The room was not up to standard with debris and live and dead bugs on the walls, floors and bed. Requested a cancellation that was give however this experience was disappointing."

"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (bus schedules for drop offs, pickups, property activities for particular nights etc) Catching park shuttle was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. No issues at all"

"Overall the stay was good. But our suite was dirty. The floors were awful. Our feet were filthy from just walking. Gritty and dusty. We swept the floors, that took the top layer off but still dirty. The pools were nice, splash pad needs a fence. No breakfast options ."
