NO REFUND IF BOOKING VIOLATES HOUSE RULES AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING THE RESERVATION** Phenomenal location, in the middle of everything, right off Rose, trendiest block in Venice. Five minute walk to Venice Beach or Abbot Kinney just blocks away. Sun-filled rooms and open floorplan of the living and dining areas w/ white oak floors, and a fireplace. Large kitchen + Viking range, and laundry. Large detached office with Mac Studio pro fully equipped for Zoom meetings and teleconference, ring light and wireless printer/scanner. Guest bedroom with French doors leading to deck and updated full bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in closet, a third bedroom, and generous sized bathroom with steam shower. No children no pets no video shoots or promos and no business gatherings or retreats of any kind.

Great, fun house with awesome backyard
Really a fun & fantastic home. Stayed here with my son (who lives in Venice) for 4 days. Really loved the location. Could walk to yummy breakfast, lunch & dinner restaurants. Beds were very comfy and the home is really cool. Awesome layout and lots of eclectic touches. Tia was very helpful & a really great host, easy to communicate with before & during our stay. Backyard was a favorite hangout spot during sunny days and also at night. Had fun watching the NCAA Women’s Finals on the big projector TV in living room!

Thanksgiving getaway
This property was great for our small family. The location is fabulous. Quiet street, blocks from the beach and stores, great restaurants. We loved all the walks we took. The backyard is very nice, too. Great place and fun atmosphere.

Interesting …
It was okay. The house seemed like it was lived in by the owners (or someone renting) and just cleared out for our stay. These were clothes in the drawers and closets. It was a bit run down and not super clean. The contact person did bring over a safe to store our jewelry, valuables (as there wasn’t one in the house when we got there). The location was good, if you like Venice. It was over priced - I’ve stayed at better places for less. The pictures make it seem a lot cleaner and less cluttered. I travel a lot, so maybe I’m pickier than others… but compared to other places I’ve stayed it was just okay.

An ideally located home - easily walkable to great restaurants and shops in Venice. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. A great backyard for relaxing or entertaining.

Trendy, Hip, and Perfect Location
We truly enjoyed our stay in Tania's home in Venice! The house was super cool, hip, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. A few blocks to the Venice Boardwalk and a 1/2 a block to some incredible restaurants made everything about our stay convenient, easy, and fun! Tania was fantastic to work with, and we will definitely stay in her home again when our travels take us to the Venice area.

Wonderful home in great location
We stayed in Tania’s home while visiting our daughter over thanksgiving. Tania was responsive and welcoming. The home has a beautiful yard with firepit and fountain that we really enjoyed. The space was comfortable for having thanksgiving dinner and playing board games and movie watching. The location is terrific with walkable dining options and to the beach. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Los Angeles.

This is an amazing home and a fantastic location in Venice! We loved being able to walk to so many amazing restaurants and through fun neighborhoods. The home has incredible amenities (great outdoor space with a fire pit, tons of books, weights and yoga mats, etc.) and I hope to stay here again soon! it's a 10/10!

Excellent respite
We really enjoyed staying at Tania’s house during our visit to Venice Beach. Her neighborhood is safe and convenient to the beach and shops. There is a dedicated driveway, so easy to park a rental car. The house is clean, neat, well-designed, and pretty. Everything worked well, including the fireplaces (can get chilly during evenings). Tania was very responsive and gracious. We would definitely go back if we are back in the area.
