"Decent quality, good value hotel! Nice room, facilities and friendly staff. Restaurant food is however quite basic and it would have been nicer to have more of a restaurant feel than the sports bar/pub feel that village hotels offer"

We always use this hotel whilst visiting Newcastle on our trips 'Up North' and will continue to do so. Location in and out of Newcastle is easy to get to and the Metro station is a 3 minute walk away giving quick and easy access into the city centre. Thank you"

"Great bed and bedding and the breakfast was very good. Their restaurant looked nice but we did not partake for dinner. The room was so quiet and dark so we slept great. Early good breakfast and a one minute walk to the entrance of the airport. Very handy "

"Brilliant customer service. We got checked in early as our room was available. Nice rooms. Usb port by the bedside. TV with usual channels on. Couldn't find a way to sign into you tube. Beds were like two mattresses together and bed was on wheels. Altogether a nice hotel. Would stay again short taxi to city around £6"

"We stayed here the night before a very early flight from the airport. The hotel is a little older than some but it is clean and very comfortable It has fabulous facilities in the way of bars and lounges and food to purchase. It was the perfect place to stay before flying out the next day. "
