"The finca is very beautiful, the pool area is awsome, the breakfast table very nice. We appreciated the refrigerator in our room to keep our fruits and drinks cold. Overall we liked the place very much, everything was almost perfect. However, we would suggest the management to improve the rooms, specially the ones at the back of the garden that do not receive much of the pleasant evening breeze, adding at least a ceiling fan because the standard fan provided was only moving the same hot air. "Our second stay at this lovely Finca in the countryside outside Palma. Fabulous comfortable room and good breakfast. Evening meals were, if totally honest, a bit disappointing this year compared to our previous stay. I’d have appreciated sight of the menu at breakfast so as to decide whether to book dinner as it’s a fixed choice. A small point though; everything else was great, the staff and owner are lovely and we will stay again."

"Una decepción. Lugar desatendido. La mayor parte del tiempo no hay nadie para resolver dudas o solicitudes. Cuando si estaban, nada amistosos. Baño de la piscina siempre cerrado con llave, a pesar de haber solicitado que lo dejaran abierto para no tener que ir hasta la habitación. Very clean and spacious
"We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too. "
