We enjoyed our family stay at Ona Cala Pi! Our room was spacious and well equipped. Fortunately for us we were located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, and just steps away from the restaurant for breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast every morning of our stay and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. My advice of staying here would be to hire a car as there isn’t loads to do near by. We did hire a car and it made our stay even better. The snack bar located down by the mini market was a great place for a yummy lunch! Would highly recommend to families (especially families with 3 or more children as many places don’t have rooms big enough!) a real gem for a short break, we look forward to returning one day in the future.

The hotel is in a very quiet location, right by one of the most beautiful beaches. The rooms were clean but one of the bedrooms didn’t have aircon and the aircon units themselves were not clean. I was impressed by the choice of food for breakfast but not so much by the cockroaches running around between the tables. Staff was very helpful and polite but having to pay for using the safe (and then you get a key, not a code) was taking the pee. The gym didn’t have aircon just two fans which don’t achieve much cooling in high temperatures.

Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit uncomfortable but is was very spacious and immaculately clean. Balcony in apartme t 9 was huge and had amazing view, would be lovely in the sunshine! Situated near the beautiful cove but we did move to a busier town just because the weather was so poor and there was then little to do in Cala Pi. Would have stayed had it been sunnier to use the pool or cove/beach.

Check in process wasn't the best because we originally had the reservation for 2 adults 2 kids and then tried to change it to 3 adults and 3 kids but weren't able to until we got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was helpful but didn't make us feel very welcomed. Our 2 bed - 1 bath apartment was spacious but very old. Breakfast was great and for a reasonable price (my favorite part of the stay). The only bad part was one of the waiters didn't like us for whatever reason and would ignore us every time we were in his section. The hotel is located next to Cala Pi and that alone makes it worth the stay. If you walk down to the end of the road you can see the full view of the ocean and it's magnificent. We didn't use the pool or other hotel amenities so I can't comment on that. I would recommend staying here but with some reservations.

Amazing location. 2 minites walk from the beach. Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways.

6th time in Majorca.

The accommodation is comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom flat with a nice living room, dinning area, 2 sofas, tv and a kitchen with everything we needed and also a little garden with 4 sunbeds. The location of the hotel is excellent. The big issue with the hotel is this; we booked a full board holiday and except the breakfast where you had different options, the lunch and dinner were the lowest quality food I have experienced in the past 6 years in palma. They didn't even have drinking water in the restaurant. Everything was to order and expensive. So If i was to re book this place, I will book it with breakfast only. I posted a picture of the dinner as an example to give you an idea about how poor was the dinner. I would recommend the place but definitely not the food. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The apartment was spacious. However, as it was early in the season (late March) the apartment was very cold when we arrived. Luckily there was heating so the following days were nicer. We had breakfast buffé included and there were lots to chose from. However, there was a small kitchen with microwave and stove (but no oven) so one can cook meals. The two bedrooms were of good size and had plenty of storage space. We had one balcony facing the sea and a roof terrace and a small balcony to dry laundry. Overall, we had what we needed for our stay. Close to the hotell there is a small beach with beautiful surroundings, even though you can find nicer water to swim in elsewhere. The hotell has a couple of swimingpools but we never tried those. We took a nice hike from the hotell and there are probably several ones to choose from. Even though Cala Pi is a small place we found two nice restaurants in the area.

Ona Club Cala Pi is a very nice hotel, we had a beautiful view over the swimming pools and the sea and great breakfasts. However, since we came out of season (October), the bar and the kid's area were closed near the pool and the staff didn't seem to care about cleaning the floor around the swimming pool, which is a shame since we had pretty nice days and people were still using these areas. Also, the jacuzzi isn't one since it's just bubbles in cold water. Last thing is that it can be noisy in the apartments since there is no real insulation in the wall, and they have flood issues in the staircases and in some bedrooms when it rains a lot. I had a nice stay but I would choose another area to stay next time since it's quite secluded. The beach is not great (the river floods in the sea and makes the water brown and the sand is more like riverbed sand) and the nearest beach is at about 25 minutes drive. All in all it was fine but not perfect.

The views were really nice. But they charged you extra for everything (if you wanted to leave your bags at the desk, for towels, etc). The apartment was ok, and breakfast was included which was ok as well. Check out was extremely early (10 am) which I’ve never experienced before (it usually is at around 11-12) and check in at 4 pm. It was an ok experience. The best part is having the beach in front (which is also a very nice beach - so that’s a plus)

Very disappointing stay – serious cleanliness and maintenance issues! Unfortunately, our stay at Ona Cala Pi was extremely disappointing and did not match the impression given by the property’s online presentation. Our apartment was dated and poorly maintained. We found mould in several areas, particularly in the bathroom and around walls and door frames, as well as ants inside the apartment. There was a strong damp and musty smell that even lingered in our suitcase and clothes after return. Two members of our group experienced breathing difficulties during the nights, and there was no air conditioning in the second bedroom, making sleep even more uncomfortable. We reported the condition of the apartment to reception immediately. Staff were friendly, but no satisfactory solution was offered. We were not given a suitable room change or relocation. The only alternative presented came with an extra cost and did not resolve our concerns. Breakfast was also disappointing in quality, so we chose not to eat there again after the first morning. The location and the gardens are beautiful, but this could not compensate for the condition of our accommodation. We spent our final three nights here and did not find the stay enjoyable at all. The apartment we received was very different from the photos and description shown when booking. We documented the condition with photographs and submitted a complaint after our stay. Based on our experience, we would never stay here again.
