"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again."

"Staff was very rude could not ask a simple question without them giving you a dirty look and seeming bothered we also asked them for room service twice because I never got it the first time and they said that the manager would contact me because it was unacceptable but they never reached out or came to clean the room the only thing they could do was give me a blanket and the blanket smelled like it was left in the washer for too long and left like that to dry Luckily, we only use the room to...

"The afternoon valet gentleman was very helpful and friendly ! I liked that you can catch a shuttle bus to Disneyland for only seven dollars round trip per person ,"

"Great hotel a short drive from Disneyland. We had a problem checking in as our credit card is UK issued -they used the magnetic strip which caused it to be declined! It was 2am and I’d already paid for the first night but he wouldn’t let us check in and sort in the morning! Had to call credit card to get a fraud check lifted! They could have used chip and pin to avoid this! The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay! Breakfast was good!"

"Overall staff was great except for one lady at the front, who didn’t want to answer any questions or help. I wish I got her name so I can put it on here. Experience turned bad due to her. They need to not hire people like that for customer service positions."

"I definitely enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are very clean and feature either a Juliet balcony standard or full balcony to sit in for an up charge. Amenities were great, full bar, Starbucks and couple restaurants on the first floor. Also features a pool side bar open till 7pm. We arrived early and were allowed to park to leave our things and head to Disneyland. The walk to Disney was only about 10 minutes. Area around felt safe and the lots of stores and restaurants nearby."

"Not the newest but generally clean and modern. It was a convenient location for a short stay."

"El A/C no funcionaba bien la primera noche, pero al día siguiente por la mañana el euipo de mantenimiento lo arregló."
