Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "This hotel was excellent and we returned within 2weeks of our first trip. However, this hotel was closed on 15th September and is being turned into apartments. Dreadful decision."

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
