"The location was absolutely stunning! The photos online are fab but they honestly don't do the cottage justice! Myself and my husband came to stay for 1 night for a relaxing time away from our young children and my goodness we were relaxed! The location was clean, quiet and the perfect spot for us who like to walk. We walked to the beacon of Malvern Hills and navigating to the top from the cottage was easy! Such a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to anyone. "

"A wonderful chilled out atmosphere and great location. Staff were excellent, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Room had very comfortable bed and very well equipped with lovely little touches like a bowl of sweets, umbrella, small fridge, iron, hairdryer, toiletries etc. and huge shower. Food menu was wonderful with gluten free and vegan options. Had a very tasty evening meal and amazing breakfast. The staff made you feel very welcome. Really loved my stay. Couldn’t fault it in any way. "

"Checked in by a very friendly receptionist Charleen, made us very welcome. Ate in the restaurant food was ok, breakfast though was excellent, well cooked lots of choice & hot plates! My one complaint at most other hotels is cold plates. Nice room comfortable bed. The heath club was an added bonus, good size pool steam room & sauna, unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working although you could sit in it & it was nice & hot. The staff were also pleasant & helpful. All in all an excellent stay."

"The hotel is great but there is an issue with the Hotels.com portal and the booking system of this hotel. I have been using it for few month already and regardless which room you choose they always receive the booking as if you are booking a twin room rather than the one that you booked. In some cases they can accommodate but other times they cannot and you end up having to stay in a different room to the one you booked. Someone should look into it and amend it so they are both in line."
