Check in was swift and the reception was open with helpful staff even at 4.30am when I came back from my night out. Room was clean and comfortable albeit basic with no frills and a small supply of tea & coffee. Bathroom was fine with a good shower. Ironing facilities in the room also and TV. Off site parking was straight over the road but quite expensive at £25 for 10+ hours. View of sea and Pier etc was nice"

"Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms comfortable although lack of aircon in summer meant the room was hot. Courtyard area outside the rooms is great for drinks. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance but the town is an uphill 30 minute walk. "
