It’s a very traditional hotel in a lovely, scenic landscape. It also provides a lot of entertainment for youths. It is within walking distance to the station, the High Street and it’s by the sea with a wonderful park in front of it.

Staff were excellent especially the receptionist on duty am 25/26 /28of June so helpful he booked the parking on my car . The only downside for me was a nois how do you spell noisy couple in the next room but apart form that excellent,wonderful breakfast

The hotel overal was okey, nice family room, good location for shopping, walkable to the sea site. The minus was the hot water which you have to wait like 10 mins and you have to constantly run water to get warm/hot, which in mine opinion its waste of the water and the boiler should be change at that stage. At the front of the reception we have slight struggle to get hold as was no one at the desk and no ring bell or anything to be able get attention. By the way we didn't hear when we check out from the receptionist words " I hope we see you again", instead we heard " okey, bye" which put us off more to the hotel.

Friendly staff and good location. Nearby restaurants and within walking distance of adventure island. The family room has two separate bedrooms which is great. Slight downsides is the room was a bit tired and had slight damp smell. Also there is no blind in bathroom although the glass is obscured you would be able to see through the window from the houses across the street at night.
