Loris and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make our arrival, stay and departure smooth and problems free. Our room has a beautiful view, a fridge and everything we needed for our 2 nights. There is a terrace overlooking the square where we enjoyed breakfast, bought at a nearby deli, and a glass of wine at night. It is just steps from the train station. "Very nice room and close to the train station and restaurants. Only problem we had was getting entry into our accommodations. There’s no desk area and the communications to the management was not working. We waited in the rain for about an hour, then decided to make other accommodations. The manager showed up at that time, very apologetic and let us in. From that point on our stay was great."
