We stayed only one night to finish off our 2 week Italy vacation. It was well worth the short taxi drive there to enjoy the spectacular views and quiet retreat from Rome and Naples. Warm hospitality with a generous breakfast!

Beautiful views from the rooms. Transportation is available separately to and from the hotel- is a shuttle service and you pay separately per ride- kind of pricey but you kind of have to because is high up there and even though some people walk - it is a long steep walk… but so worth it. The service is phenomenal- Martha and Amina are amazing- they have the best hospitality! Thank you for everything!

Its a vineyard located on mountain area. You must have a rental car to get to the property. You must have experice driving in narrow uphill roads. Its a beautiful area of surround by five beautiful charming towns between the mountains by the ocean. You must visit all. Unbelievable beauty. Its a once a life time experience

The location is small with a few rooms, clean and functional as it should be. The location is unique and the view across Cinque Terre is really outstanding. Even more outstanding are the hosts, the espresso in the morning and a glass of wine at sunset. We had a wonderful stay.

After driving a very winding road I arrived at this very amazing place called Locanda Valeria which was quietly nestled upon a cliff face overlooking the ocean. It was a most amazing feeling as I looked out over the ocean from my veranda, listening to birds and watching the sunset. The nights rest was peaceful and when I awoke, there was an amazing breakfast prepared with complimentary cappuccino. I am very thankful and pleased that I got to enjoy Locanda Valeria and would highly recommend it to other travellers. Kind Regards Andrew

We simply loved our stay at Locanda Valeria and we wish we could have stayed longer! The view is breathtaking and Bruno the host made sure we had everything we needed and was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated having the AC. Homemade breakfast was simply delicious and so enjoyable to eat in the garden with the amazing view. Loved also the big friendly cat! We came by car and were happy to find parking available. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Amazing view from the property. It is not manned around the clock, but check in was okay after a phonecall to the proprietor. Loved having the dogs around and especially the huge cat. Nice breakfast, but you must plan ahead for dinner in one of the towns or bring food back to the hotel, as we did for 2 nights. Roads are treacherous to get there, but we made it and recommend it highly.

I will defintely go back. What a view! It is not walkable, you need to take a bus for 2.50 and it leaves you 5 minutes away. I bought dinner and wine and brought to the inn.

The property is located in a panoramic spot overlooking the sea and surrounded by a lovely garden. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. It was good value for money compared to the prices in the area. The only problem is that there is nothing around and the property is very difficult to reach if you don't have a car, as there are no public transport, so we had to walk. There is a very tough hike trail from Vernazza, or you have to walk around an hour from Corniglia. Otherwise the taxi can take you there but it will cost you €25. It would be great if they included a shuttle service.

My friend and I had such an amazing stay at Casa Valeria! The property is on top of a hill and has a 360 view that includes a stunning view of the ocean and Vernazza below. It is out of the town of Vernazza -- which we did not know at first -- but the ladies who work there helped us get a taxi from the train station. They also helped us get a taxi back to the house our second day, and one of the employees even drove us down to our departing train when no taxis were available! We were so touched by their kindness! Our room had a balcony too and it was amazing to just sit there and look at the water. I definitely recommend this property if you want a peaceful stay surrounded by nature but not too far from town. Definitely would stay here again!

Le site majestueux de par sa beauté naturelle et du lieux (maison)!! La dame qui nous a accueilli a été très chaleureuse et nous a offert un souper à ma fille et moi puisque nous étions épuisées après avoir grimpé la 507, étant le 2e soir de notre arrivée du Canada.

- Meget charmerende sted med virkelig flot udsigt og ro omkring. - Værterne ønsker egentlig at være Service minded, men Bruno som står for det meste kan slet ikke engelsk. Og så bruges gæsternes spisestel som en slagt privat, hvor der ryges og ses video på tlf. Skærm med lyd. Føltes lidt som om vi var kommet ind i deres stue. - Aftensmaden fik vi 3 gange på hotellet. Det var dejlige pasta retter til en absolut fair pris. - Morgenmaden var ikke egnet til scandinavere. Det var mere et enkelt kage bord end morgenmad. Ingen brød/boller, ost/pålæg, kød eller grønt. Slet ikke noget nærring eller føde i til at starte dagen på. - stedet ligget langt væk, og det er Hård at gå til hotellet. Og bussen går 2 gange dagligt. Så har du ikke bil med, skal taxa nok forventes.
