"Fantastic location, walkable to shops, cafes, restaurants. Be sure to look for via San Giuliano. It is a lovely walking path to Corso Italia and the sea. You can walk to Boccadasse in 20 minutes without dealing with any car traffic."

"Have stayed here before lovely large room and Francesca is a great host very helpful. Our daughter lives up the hill (there are always hills in Boccadassa) Everything very convenient. You can park on the road but there is a secure space for a fee. "

"Great place to stay, loved the room, people were lovely. But this isnt a b&b. Breakfast wasnt a breakfast at all. No ceral, friut, toast. Packaged buns of some sort that were terrible. So great place to stay but no breakfast"

"I had an incredible stay at this lovely beautifully restored Villa. Great location with an easy walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping and the train station. From the train station you can catch the bus to Portofino. The hosts are gracious, warm and friendly. Enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Villa’s patio overlooking the sea and harbor. "

"Nice property. Quiet location. Although we had to shuttle to Manarola to catch the train it was worth it if you want a view and get away from the hustle and bustle. Only one restaurant in the village but was really good. We ate dinner there all 3 nights of our stay. Property owner was great to deal with. Breakfast was basically bread and cereal. Would be nice to have some meat and cheese. "

"Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. "

"The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. "

"I selected a room in La Perla Blu to be close to train station, away from traffic and near free parking. We got there and they’d switched us to an apartment on the main square. It was spacious and clean but VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT, every night. Party and carnival noise until 3:30, Town clock every 15 minutes, leaf blowers and pressure washers starting 5:45 am. Three nights, no sleep. And only two half rolls of toilet paper for three nights. "
