"Property was beautiful. The staff is absolutely excellent! My complaint was poor shower pressure and water in bathtub was warm. Could not really complain because it was late at night when we found the problem. But the shower was the worse part. Next time I will check these features before I stay. But the staff was great!"

"Nice layout and large condo, check-in process easy.But:Compressor on AC was dead, our first 2 days were hot and miserable, so we left an day early due to condo being hot and humidity high. No tv first day until 8:45 pm, they had to bring 2 new remotes. Master bedroom had dusty headboard and a dirty tube sock laying in floor beside bed. Sliding doors to the balcony was almost impossible to open and close. "

"My first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. The tub drain is also acting up, and the closet handle is a bit shaky. Thank you so much for listening and for being such an amazing manager Mary. Believe you me, if I’m ever in Myrtle Beach again, I would definitely stay here. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of what’s going on with the room!"
