"The rating was misrepresented by Trivago at above seven, but I wouldn’t even give it a four. There were three middle of the night incidents, one of which were the police got called to quell the situation. Initially, we were put on the fourth floor, but there’s no elevator, so we switched to the first floor, but the room was in the back facing away from the ocean, and the only way to get there was across a sandy dirt lawn area. The bathroom was remodeled well and the room was clean, but the bed was very lumpy and overall it is not a place to sleep."

"The resort was amazing . Would recommend. Starbucks employees attitude could have been better and acted like she loves her job but overall it was a nice resort. I had no idea all the pools were heated. It was a great surprise. "

"The hotel is very dated and the pictures don’t match how the resort actually looks. Our room was clean in the bathroom but the carpet was very very dirty (it left our feet black). The main building, which is where we stayed, has a musty smell everywhere. None of the buildings connect so you have to go on the Main Street sidewalk to get to the pools. The pools are heated but tiny. The staff was very nice and attentive. "
