"I was a little disappointed on arriving in the room as it smelled excessively of Febreze or something like it. Walls were pretty dirty, and it really needs a deeper cleaning and touch up. There was many strands of hair in sheets of one of the beds. AC was not accessible, so it was incredibly stuffy as there were no windows I could open. The motel its self was easy to find and parking was good. Easy self check in as we were late getting into Kamloops."

"Beautiful view from our balcony. Hotel served its purpose with a place to stay. Close drive to great restaurants and fantastic park. The hotel needs many upgrades. Over 30 dead bugs in our room, mostly by the windows. A used towel was left on the balcony. Not huge deals, but shows a lower level of cleanliness. The evening clerk guy who checked us in was fantastic, however the morning guy was rude and grumpy."

The front desk staff were very accommodating that we needed a ground floor room last minute because of an injury. The pink decor is fun and loved the in-room nespresso. The breakfast was basic but fresh and quick. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it looked clean and well- maintained. All the staff we saw were very friendly and helpful."
