everything was good, the free breakfast was great. But I had booked it because it has a gym and the only useful machine in there was broken and out of service. So if you dont need the gym, its a great place to stay.

The hotel was fine. The staff was excellent. Its an older hotel that has had some remodeling. I wasnt stoked on the smell, it was like an old apartment or smoking hotel that had been steam cleaned. I didnt check out the hot tub or breakfast. I wish you could get more for your money these days because it was nothing fancy and the wing i was staying had that smell for 400 bucks for 2 nights.

First of all the staff we spoke with were very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the tv and they dealt with it immediately. So the bad - the bathroom was disappointing including the mold on the ceiling, tile grout was disgustingly dirty and discoloured, and the cheap ‘80’ wall paper was peeling at all seams not to forget the shower curtain was ripped/tattered. Would not stay there again.

Beds are very comfortable. Clean. Great air conditioners.They only give one face cloth not sure why. Bathrooms have low toilets, hard to use for people with bad knees. Bathrooms are old but the showers are good. The rooms are a little noisy from floor above. Have ear plugs if you are sensitive.

Location and proximity to restaurants. The price was reasonable considering prices elsewhere. Hotel is very dated and old, obvious as you enter. The staff do their best to be welcoming and they are very helpful. Only stayed there one night, and wouldn’t stay there again.

Parking lot is too small. You need to park at the streets. Our room was clean but their was an unpleasant odour coming from the washroom. The shower curtain was not replaced so the smell when the curtain is damp it creates this funky smell. You’ll hear some people walking at the hallway. The bed was clean. Overall it was okay too stay.

Room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom smelled heavily of dog pee, there was dog hair all over. There was water damage in the walls. A fleece blanket and top sheet were provided for bedding which was not adequate for warmth. Continental breakfast was decent.

Spacious rooms in good condition. Breakfast was decent several hot options to choose from as well as cereal, yogurt etc. New rooftop patio was closed unfortunately, likely due to the smoke in the area. I will return next time in Kamloops.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with a/c, tv, iron and board with closet. During for preparing coffee. Only drawback is nobody comes empty the garbage and no one comes to fill the coffee pods.
