"We arrived late but the front desk left a number for us to reach them, that was nice. Parking was provided space available. Room was clean and large. Was near the top of a mountain with great views of the valley below and cool crisp tuscan mornings, nice. Cafe and restaurants nearby. Forty minutes out of Florence where we spent the day but if you have a car, i would recommend it. A good value."

"Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed playing in it and in the playground. The downside was the staff were very abrupt never told us were any of the facilities were. You had to choose your breakfast the night before and it mainly consisted of cakes and pastries. The only savoury items were eggs and salami. If you wanted dinner you also had to choose what you wanted in advance. "

"If you want to do Florence but don't want the hustle and bustle of the city, and don't mind a train journey this place is perfect! I picked this hotel as wanted somewhere nice and quiet but accessible for Florence and Pisa, and the photos and reviews of others guests tempted us. I am so glad we did too :) The hotel was nice and has that interesting lift, and our room had a view that provided, as the name of the hotel says, a 'beautiful view'. A great find

"This was our first trip to Florence. We did a lot of research but even with that you’re never really sure you found the right place. We chose Market Urban based on the reviews. This hotel is not in the center of everything but really close and we think that was a benefit. It is a short seven minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes to the Duomo, 15 minutes to Academia and 20 minutes to Ufuzi Lots of restaurants nearby. By USA standards the rooms are a bit small BUT we had a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. Most importantly the people who work there are super friendly and helpful with things like recommendations for restaurants directions tours etc. I want to specifically thank David, Nick, Roberto and Giovani. If you are from the USA you will appreciate the breakfast . Scrambled Eggs, bacon, pancakes, croissants, fruit and yes real American coffee "

"Like many properties in Florence, the rooms seem a little worn and do with a re-do. However the staff was great, and helpful, and the location very good. Overall we were happy with the choice. Polish up the rooms an bet and upgrade the pillows and linens and this would be 5 star. "
