The key card reader was missing and there was a door knob that could only be locked on the inside of room with no way to get back in if locked on way out. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not out when we got there at 9am so we checked out and went to get something to eat on our own"

When we arrived at the property, the door was unlocked with the key in the door, and the lock box (for which we were given the code) was sitting wide open on the porch.
