The AC didn't work and they didn't come to fix it after we complained. The fire alarm started going off in our room because of a low battery. We asked someone to come up and fix it and no one did. Finally we got a new room, overall a very bad first day.

Check-in was ok, attendant did not say much, go over all the charges or give great directions. Room was very 👍 nice. Separate bedroom, bathroom, living room and dining area. Plus Two murphy beds. The balcony was very large with table and chairs. Super deal for the price. Would stay here again.

Lived here in the pass Lake Forest is a very upscale area you will not be disappointed. For this area this hotel was a disappointment, there was no monitoring of the food area, which i found disturbing inview of the times in which we live.

The biggest complaint is the breakfast in the morning. Once it's past 9am.....you cant even get a cup of coffee, before leaving. Most every motel/hotel,has at least a coffee dispenser available earlier than breakfast and late sleepers! Comon Man!!
