"Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. "Check in is crazy especially when arrivals are late and confusing because there are so many blocks; you don’t know where to enter to meet anyone in reception. The security guards keep the access keys and one block guard is not aware what others are doing. The fact we had to pay a deposit for utilities was not mentioned. Too many hidden facts. "
