Wonderful resort! The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The staff is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Beautiful location and incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is still part of a family business and has a great feeling about it. Two beautiful pools, nice restaurants and bar, lovely health spa. The hotel is built on a hillside and has great views towards the coast.

Great property with awesome views, good food, cool pools. Be prepared for some Walking as the property has multiple elevations but that’s what makes it so unique. The staff does their best to assist with shuttles to run you around. Also a great location to main beaches and night life. Good value for the money.

The moment we walked drove up to this resort, we fell in love. This place is beautiful and well kept. The staff are exceptionally helpful. We originally booked for three days, but ended up extending or stay for another three days. There is a good selection of breakfast food and drinks. The room comes with a woven beach/pool bag and slippers/slides to use. The hotel shuttle is always available to take you to and from your room. The views are beautiful. Patong beach and Central Patong are minutes away from the hotel. We were very sad leaving, but we will be back and we will recommend this resort to anyone. Do not hesitate, just book it!

The resort is Beautiful and big . You will always need shuttles to your room. The staff is amazing . It’s at begging of Patong so you will walk down hill in traffic About 3 min to beach. My room .!!!! Amazing view with jet tub Thai style deco and big and spacious 7th fl Issues. 5 star hotel but , Shower cold water , jacuzzi had nice hot water .!! There’s a big carpet under bed Very dirty and looks bad in such a nice room I complained to front but all they said was thank you will tell mgr . And advice housekeeping… I don’t think she’s responsible for dirty shag carpet or cold water…

I am a disabled veteran. I am very grateful for the helpful staff at the hotel. That includes the front desk staff The guy's driving the shuttles and the young lady in the restaurant that helped me every morning. They made my very memorable.

Great resort on the outskirts of Patong Beach, but not too far if you want the madness of Bangla Road etc. Beautiful pools with great views from the front pool. We were upgraded to a higher floor room which was very large and had fantastic views. The resort is set on the cliff so lots of stairs and up and down the hill but they do have buggies going all day to take you up the hill and you never have to wait long. Might be a bit restricted if not very mobile. Breakfast was great, with a good selection and we ate in the restaurant a few evenings, which was also very nice and reasonably priced. We booked our trip to James Bond in the hotel and was very happy with the trip and also used the spa, which was divine. If you are looking for a nice resort not too far from the action would definitely recommend.
