We had a really great stay! The staff were amazing, especially the lovely girls at the reception. They were always kind, welcoming, and helpful, and really made our experience special. ❤️ Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, especially for me and my little brother. Warmly welcomed by staff, greeted with a cold flannel to wipe the sweat away and a fan put right in front of us. Kids enjoyed the pool and pool activities. Handy to beach , shops and laundry across the road. Very helpful friendly staff. So far this has been or best of 3 different hotels around phuket

We booked a 5-night stay at Chanalai Flora and had a great experience. We asked for a quiet room, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a better and quieter room. All of the employees were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again!

Best service, best staff, nice beautiful room with a view to die for. Great breakfast buffet and so convenient to the beach and tours pick up point right from the hotel lobby. Nice pools and food quality top notch.

The rooms are clean, staff are very helpful but there was workman in the building with noise but did not affect my stay, the only concern I had was smell coming from the AC which was looked into and delted with immediate, I recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic pools and perfect location from the beach, with just a couple block walk through the adorable town. Our rooms were clean, updated and lovely (we had two rooms for our family of four). The breakfast buffet was quite good; we chose to eat elsewhere in the town for other meals so can’t comment much further. We would definitely stay here again!

Really good experience. Fantastic welcome with ice cream and drink. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. Would have been absolute perfect if the lift wasn’t broken

Hotel was in a great location, easily accessible to everything and the beach was a five minute walk. Very clean room. The only bad thing was the sewage smell, in the bathroom and near the pools.
