"Like everything except power outlets are not sufficient and not near the beds to support CPAP and no USB-C charging ports."

"Perfect hotel to stay for location to buses, trains food and the worlds best wife’s fav - shopping. Night markets within 5 mins walk and a superette within 3 mins of hotel. Bus to and from airport within 5 mins walk to hotel. A walk to the ferry is also achievable with lots to see along the way."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage."

"Clean room, friendly staff, shops nearby, transportation is convenient."

"Brand new maintenance; laundromat service available; price range."

"All members of the staff were very helpful and courteous. I wish I had all of the names but the only ones I have are Chris and Cathleen. They were both excellent as were the others."

"Location wise, the Hong Kong W cannot be beat. The proximity to the Airport Express station, the in town flights check-in service that's offered at the station as well as the Kowloon West train station which offers trains to and from Mainland China. The fact that the big mall that offers plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities is right downstair is just icing on the cake. Though there was a little wear on the bathroom glass but overall, the room is in very good conditoon we would not...

"Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very accommodating. Overall a good location"

"Great location, close to shops and restaurants and mtr sataion. Kowloon park was also right next to the hotel. Only downside was we paid for an xtra bed so the staff gave us an option to Upgrade our suite for an additional £377 that included early check in. But the xtra bed was very uncomfortable my husband ended up sleeping on the couch for 7 nights. So technically we paid a lot of money for just an early check in. At this point we were very tired we had a 12 hr flight and were travelling with...

"Property is located close to MTR and Mong Kok shopping"

"Location was the best. Bathroom was very filthy. Housekeeping provided to very minimal"

"Staffs"

"Very convenient. It's above some bars, but it was still very quiet"

"This hotel is in a great location and has a lovely bar that has nice cocktails and food the staff are lovely and do try to resolve any issues you have. The issue we encountered the property has an issue with noise when other people use showers, if you are in that side of the property and on floor 23 in a suite you will hear the pipes rattling and clanging. We did go down early hours to report the sounds and at first they kind of denied it, we recorded the sounds and played them back and all was...
