"Staff was very kind and respectful, the rooms were very spacious and clean. This location does not offer free breakfast and does not having an elevator to the second floor. If this is of concern, I would recommend asking for a room on the first floor. Parking was good, this location is about 30 minutes from Chicago with no traffic or minimal however, I would recommend preparing for an hour drive to Chicago from this location with the traffic and given time to find parking if downtown."

"I will not be returning to this property. The nightly rate is far too high for the quality of the room provided. The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair on one of the beds, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room, including the floors. As a result, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. The staff were polite and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the room did not reflect the price being charged. In my opinion, the room did not offer the level of comfort or quality expected for even a $100-per-night stay. I believe the property owner should address the cleanliness and maintenance issues. If the room's condition had matched the price, I would have stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and not worth the cost. Parking was not an issue."

"Great place to call home for a few days! Breakfast was on point! Service was on Point! The room was on Point! (The bathroom shower could have a bit more clean, but other than that it was a great stay). I would defiantly stay hear again!"

"We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even allowed us an extra hour before checkout, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping staff stayed on top of everything, and our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and overall the room was very well maintained. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly come back again in the future!"

"Very clean and very helpful staff! Our check-in person was great! The breakfast server lady was awesome! What a servant’s heart!! Breakfast had a good assortment of options!My wife and I and daughter and grandson loved our time here! Only negative was somebody had stolen some of the weights in the exercise room and they just so happened to be the ones I needed! Not the hotel’s fault. We stayed 4 nights as we were seeing both a Cubs and White Sox game! Recommend driving to Midway station to take train from there to do games and tourist stuff in Chicago! You don’t want to drive in to Chicago. Traffic is terrible. Definitely would use hotel again if we visit Chicago again!!"

"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."
