"The a/c in the rooms was great, and especially appreciated by my daughter-in-law who is 7 months pregnant and our 1 year old granddaughter, who doesn't like heat! The baby support (crib, booster seat and fences) were incredibly helpful. The beds were comfy and the linens very nice.We cooked two dinners for 5 adults each night and found everything worked well and it was a pleasure to work with. The charcoal grill was an unexpected bonus and we were happy to use it both nights. Overall, it was a perfect example of what a vacation rental should be--lovely and peaceful, and easy to live in. We will be back at Christmas with our other son and daughter in law! "

"This was my first time booking a Vacation Rental by Owner and I was scared to pick a place I’d regret. This place was worth every penny. It was clean, it was SAFE, the location was great! We never lost power or water. We had a washer and dryer. We had a cute little outdoor patio. We had access to the gym and pool. We had our own parking spot. We were on the first floor. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day. I was so grateful for the security guards. No one can come in if they aren’t residents or guests without a pass. It’s close to supermarkets and Wal-Mart, Jobos Beach, and so much more. The host was helpful and answered all of my questions before we arrived. We never had to contact him while we were there. "

"Too much hassle and too many forms to complete. Endless communication from the property managers. Much of it thru the VRBO app. Condo in decent shape but overall property looks half deserted. No pool service."
