"Fabulous place to stay in the mountains of Andulucia. . We were looking to have total peaceful surroundings and we certainly got it. The only sound was of the goats and sheep. They were our nearest neighbours. Unfortunately we had to leave 5 days early due to family circumstances back home and we are still missing our lovely villa. We Will definitely return someday."

"If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is a rural paradise. This, our first visit to Andalusia, was in the first two weeks in April 2024. Every day was sunny and we enjoyed daytime temperatures in excess of 25C. Temperatures at night were as low as 12C and some form of heating may be needed. The property is run by a young couple who are extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay they generously provided us with their locally produced olive oil, eggs from their hens and asparagus....

"When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Stunning scenery. Hear the sheep being led down the hill with their bells. Sit on your balcony and enjoy your sunrise. Sit by the pool and stargaze after dark. Manuel the host is a lovley, helpful friendly man. We felt like he was a friend!! He even brought us a basket of his homegrown veg. Amazing sound...

"Two families travelled together, the property was exactly as advertised, large, well equipped and in a rural location. Don’t be confused with nearest beach being on the coast as this was not the case, to get to the sea it was a 45 minute drive. It was extremely hot when we were there and although all rooms were equipped with fans the bedrooms may have benefited from having air con, however having said that mosquito nets at the window meant you could leave shutters and windows open all night....

The villa has everything you need for a holiday - although you will spend most of your time outside looking at the views from the poolside or under the shaded terrace. "Well were to start! Firstly Lisa and Nigel are THE MOST helpful hosts we have EVER had the pleasure to meet whilst on holiday in a villa! Nothing was ever to much trouble. "We booked this as a family getaway to bring our adult family together in the week between Christmas and New Year. The villa is delightful with lots of special touches (eg tissues in every room, welcome basket etc). For us it was a good base to explore Granada and the Alhambra as well as more local attractions like El Torcal national park and the local viewpoint. "We were a 3 generation family of 14. The villa was amazing as it offers so much for the whole family. The facilities are great, with three houses and a huge family kitchen. The spaces for us all to eat together was great but also the different seating areas. I loved the balcony where I could read in peace and look at the wonderful views. "The property is absolutely beautiful and is located in a very, very small town outside the very small town of Iznájar. The countryside is beautiful, rolling hills covered with olive groves.
