"We probably made a mistake of booking a one star which was too basic for our needs. There were some obvious things that should have been remedied - shower holder not working, bath enamel worn. The air conditioning worked well and the staff were very welcoming. Maybe a possibility if you just need somewhere for one night,"

We had everything we needed and we only went out once preferring to enjoy the extensive gardens and the burgeoning friendship with Pascal & Christa who could not have been better hosts. "Property was just as described and host was responsive and very helpful. Wonderfully private setting with out of this world views, yet short drive to villages of Iznajar and Rute. Pool was great and layout of the house worked very well for our family. Host (Jim) even helped us jump start our car battery which had died! We would highly recommend this beautiful getaway spot."
