"The villa and grounds and exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved the location. Very close to amenities. We love a villa instead of resorts as we prefer a quiet holiday to completely relax and de-stress. The only slight negative was that the neighbour, Jose (who is a very lovely man!), comes every day at 8pm and stays sitting by the pool until around 9:30pm to check the water levels and clean the bottom. "This is a nice house to get away from the business of the city life. The house is well equipped and we enjoy our stay, despite the barking dogs in front of the house. The only problem we encounter was the unstable Wi-Fi, which was very important for or daughter as she works remotely."

The house is situated on top of a hill with incredible views, and the rooms, the kitchen, the living areas both internal and external and the pool area are really fantastic. "Erst als wir hier gebucht hatten sahen wir auf der Website von Novasol die sehr schlechte Bewertung eines Gastes aus Juli 2023. Wir versuchten, mit Novasol Kontakt aufzunehmen um darum zu bitten, das Haus zu richten. Zunächst hieß es, das Objekt wäre nicht bekannt, später bekamen wir die Buchungsbestätigung. "If you are a couple traveling in southern Spain, you really want to spend time here! Especially if you want peace and tranquility. Everything is as beautiful as the photos. The owners live on the property and are very kind people who seemed genuine about wanting the best experience for us. They gave us total privacy unless we wanted to talk to them. The casita and pool are in their lush garden and the trees makes you feel you are all on your own. Our stay was 5 days and we wished we planned a longer stay. Without question, this was the best stay during our 5 week visit to Spain. Thank you so much Christa and Pascal!!Joyce and Michael, May 2025"

"Very comfortable apartment, top floor with good views. Parking was very easy (wide entrance) and felt secure. Good location, very short walk to the Alcazaba, short walk down into town. Views from rooftop was beautiful. Only thing to note was that a) cleaners in the morning were loud & came into our room with knocking and b) likely because we were on the top floor, the wifi was weak."
