"A stunning property with spectacular scenery. The hamlet next to the villa had two superb restaurants within walking distance. Comares (the most beautiful village in Andalucia) was a short drive or a long pleasant walk away and had a large selection of very good bars and restaurants, plus some friendly local shops. With huge scope for visiting other tremendous locations in the area (e.g.El Chorro and Granada) not to forget the Mediterranean just 30 minutes drive away, we can thoroughly recommend...

"Property was just as described and host was responsive and very helpful. Wonderfully private setting with out of this world views, yet short drive to villages of Iznajar and Rute. Pool was great and layout of the house worked very well for our family. Host (Jim) even helped us jump start our car battery which had died! We would highly recommend this beautiful getaway spot."

"Nicely furnished, well equipped and spacious. Inside main villa there are two twin bedrooms en suite and one double en suite. Outside is a separate bedroom with bathroom but this wasn’t functioning and was locked. Luckily we didn’t need it but it would have been good to know this before hand. Outside space was nicely maintained with sun beds and a large table and chairs. Also an outside toilet. Nice pool but not heated so cold in the winter. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de climatisation (que des ventilateurs) ,donc il peut faire très chaud dans la maison ,meme en fermant tous les volets. Nous avons passer 15 jours dans cette maison , de très bonnes vacances."

"If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is a rural paradise. This, our first visit to Andalusia, was in the first two weeks in April 2024. Every day was sunny and we enjoyed daytime temperatures in excess of 25C. Temperatures at night were as low as 12C and some form of heating may be needed. The property is run by a young couple who are extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay they generously provided us with their locally produced olive oil, eggs from their hens and asparagus....

"When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Stunning scenery. Hear the sheep being led down the hill with their bells. Sit on your balcony and enjoy your sunrise. Sit by the pool and stargaze after dark. Manuel the host is a lovley, helpful friendly man. We felt like he was a friend!! He even brought us a basket of his homegrown veg. Amazing sound...

"Imagine getting up at 8am, having a cup of tea/coffee at a swimming pool and watching how the Sun rises over a mountain. Or swimming in the night and seeing the stars and the lights of a town on a mountain's slope nearby. And if the peace and quiet is something you long for, this very villa is absolutely the place for you.
