"Property was just as described and host was responsive and very helpful. Wonderfully private setting with out of this world views, yet short drive to villages of Iznajar and Rute. Pool was great and layout of the house worked very well for our family. Host (Jim) even helped us jump start our car battery which had died! We would highly recommend this beautiful getaway spot."

"If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is a rural paradise. This, our first visit to Andalusia, was in the first two weeks in April 2024. Every day was sunny and we enjoyed daytime temperatures in excess of 25C. Temperatures at night were as low as 12C and some form of heating may be needed. "When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. "Two families travelled together, the property was exactly as advertised, large, well equipped and in a rural location. Don’t be confused with nearest beach being on the coast as this was not the case, to get to the sea it was a 45 minute drive. It was extremely hot when we were there and although all rooms were equipped with fans the bedrooms may have benefited from having air con, however having said that mosquito nets at the window meant you could leave shutters and windows open all night....

The swimming pool is large and the terrace big enough to have lots of sunbeds and space. We loved eating on the terrace in the evening watching the sun go down over the mountain and the lights come on in all of the little villages. "Fabulous place to stay in the mountains of Andulucia. . We were looking to have total peaceful surroundings and we certainly got it. The only sound was of the goats and sheep. They were our nearest neighbours. Unfortunately we had to leave 5 days early due to family circumstances back home and we are still missing our lovely villa. We Will definitely return someday."
