"This place was absolutely beautiful. Two men were outside to greet us at this location as well as assist with bags. The staff was very friendly and assisted us at every step of the way including airport taxi. Everything felt luxurious. The people were amazing. "I’ve stayed at this hotel several times on consecutive years. It’s a great location, comfortable and clean, adult only , great pool bar and excellent food. However the rooms are starting to show their age. Mould was present in the bathroom and around the bath. The shower head wouldn’t remain in position. And water dripped from a vent above the toilet. The buffet breakfast is good value and provides good options. Unfortunately the coffee was nearly undrinkable and has definitely gone downhill over the years. That said, the hotel facilities for guests is good and the as I said the food is amazing! It’s in a great location for access to the Yumbo and great value in terms of what you get value for money."
