"Yes the kitchen is well equiped but pots are old needing new ones . But you can still use .shops are judt down the brae . The beavh is 15 min walk its a beautuful wee place . The staff do not speak english . Clean rooms .it would be great yo have more toilets esp on bottom floor as there is 2 with showers when people in showers no toilet that stands alone ...could be a problem for some . "

"Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. Bellboy didn’t give us one suitcase and I didn’t think to check as I popped to the toilet my husband had loaded them into the taxi. This meant an 80euro trip back to the hotel to retrieve it. No apology instead held it and accused us of not paying our bill which had been settled the night before! Disgusting practises never again!!!"

"Lovely apartment in ideal location.Apartment is as described and very clean. Communication with Simon was excellent and onsite contacts Audrey and Billy were brilliant.Puerto de Mogan is a beautiful little town and nowhere is more than 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The harbour and marina are so nice and there is a very good beach too.The bus station and a Spar supermarket are directly opposite and the bus from the airport is 6.80, takes around 50 minutes. Loads of bars/cafes to choose from and the market on a Friday is not to be missed.We had a lovely week here and would highly recommend."

"This is a nice property in a quiet location which suits us perfectly well. There is a good path to walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back sometime again."

"Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only."

"This is in the perfect location. It’s only a short slope to get to the apartment door as opposed to lots of steps and hills.It’s a five minute walk to the beach and to the Marina. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.This is my second visit to this apartment and I’ll be rebooking again for next year. It’s great it’s a great place, lovely & clean with everything you need for comfortable stay."

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."
