"Staff was warm friendly professional Breakfast excellent !!! 24 hour gym was excellent all machines worked well and enjoyed BBC TV to keep up with stock market and world events so much better than CNN I used gym 2 hours everyday during my 8 day stay wonderful area a/c worked very well and loved option of having opening all windows I will definitely return for a months stay May 2026 Front desk manager Nicolas was professional yet warm and friendly new employee Remi at front desk was always their to laugh and his recommendations for restaurant and areas to visit were excellent!!!!"

"Loved the place. Pretty, clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. My first morning I went downstair late, the breakfast area was already clean... But I had a headache and wanted a cup of coffee... The staff helped me out with it and the lady from the kitchen area gave me a croissant and pastry. Such a sweetheart. Unfortunately for me, when I checked out, I forgot one of the souvenir's I bought in my room. Contacted front desk, they told me they have it and didn't throw it away.. so my friend is going to stop by to pick it up. And the location!! Is absolutely great .. close to metro, transportation, cafes and restaurants... I pretty much walked everywhere. "

"The overall stay was great, welcoming receptionist, spacious rooms. Did not eat breakfast. You pay for parking, but its not so expensive for short stay. If you are handicapped it may be bothersome to check in as there is no parking to get directly to front desk (before you have carpark access), and you should park in underground level of carpark to have direct access to an elevator to take you to your floor. Long walk with some light stairs, a couple of steps... to lobby elevator if you dont park underground. For handicapped a couple of stairs can be a bigger deal...The laundry facilities were very convenient and easy to access, right by elevator underground in carpark. Enjoyed kebab place right down the street and grocery store is also walking distance. "

"This hotel was extremely expensive. While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could connect to call an Uber to leave. Fortunately there is a very nice McDo across the street that had really good wifi and was just as clean. The breakfast costs extra and leaves a lot to be desired, though I enjoyed the crepes. The TV in my room turn on, but the channels don't work. If there was another hotel in the city with availability, I would have changed. For one of the most expensive hotels I've ever stayed in, the experience was similar to staying in a motel. "
