"I booked this hotel since I had an early flight out of Toulouse, and I needed my morning to be stress free. From my easy check in by Marie, who also booked the 6am airport shuttle for me to the ease of finding everything I needed in my room, where I was able to work comfortably at the desk and also spread out my suitcases to organize them for travel. I ordered Uber eats, which was seamlessly delivered to the lobby, and the next morning the desk staff was friendly and the shuttle left right on time. I found the bed to be comfortable and the shower hot with good pressure, and even though I was near the elevator, I didn't hear it or any of the other guests. I would definitely recommend. "

Would of light breakfast in the dining room not in the anti-room at the back which is out the way in a bit closeted Would it preferred breakfast in the dining room because of the open space and the windows and of you to the outside but being in the back seems a bit like putting a dog in a box. I sent an email through Expedia the hotel sin they never received it but I'll have a record of it and I specifically ask for gluten-free bread. Otherwise the hotel he's very nice."

"Chambre pmr avec une inondation après chaque douche. Heureusement ils avaient prévu la raclette ! Mais est-ce bien au client de le faire ? Absence d’oreillers et de couverture supplémentaire, dommage il a fallu augmenter le chauffage… Il ne faut pas avoir besoin de lumière dans le hamam et le spa, elle est ha, et attention aux clous qui dépassent des planches manquantes !"
