Super nice staff and very clean facilities - area around was also close to the heart of the city. Parking was a bit expensive at 22.5 euros per night but to be expected given the proximity to the centre-ville. Overall a great stay!

Great hotel!

Amazing hotel, the location is excellent right in the heart of Toulouse. Room was spacious and spotless. All of the hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. Cocktails in the hotel bar were lovely and would recommend the breakfast which is plentiful with great choice. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re thinking of staying in Toulouse.

This was a great place to stay in Toulouse, it’s a bit out of the old city but still easy to get anywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful - I was only in Toulouse for a very short time and they sent me to great restaurants and how to get around the city. Room was really nice with a mini fridge, water and hot pot and clean! I left the city with a great feeling about the people and place due to the people at this hotel!

Good experience despite construction work.

Hotel location facilities and internal condition were very good. The building was however scaffolded and the builders started work at around 10am causing noise and dirt. Fortunately we left the building at around that time so for us there was no great inconvenience.

We really like this hotel, it's in walking distance to important attractions. Hotel is very clean and nice. I had some sort of medical emergency and the front desk clerk Lorys was super helpful and caring. Help us find the right person to temporarily relive the symptom and later find a doctor nearby, be our interpreter in our communication due to we can't speak French, check on us periodically to see if we need any other help. I am so thankful that I stayed in Pullman hotel and had such a nice front desk personal to help me going through a difficult time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay in this hotel too.
