"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"It is an excellent location essentially at Shiodome station and a very very short walk to shimbashi station. The rooms are well appointed and Tokyo-sized. The amenities are useful. There is a coin laundry available that can take several hours if you want completely dried jeans, but is often available, and wash service if you don’t mind spending the money. The breakfast is convenient before a busy day. The artist rooms are absolutely magnificent!"

"Incredible!"

"The rooms were exceptional, clean and the service was amazing! Close to trains and easy walk around Ginza. Would stay there again."

"Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit...

"Amazing stay"

"We had an amazing stay! The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful.. so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed. They went above and beyond to provide recommendations and guidance on places to visit, restaurants, and things to do around the area, which made exploring so much easier. The location was also very convenient, with plenty to see and do nearby. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay...

"Great!"

"Excellent stay at the Yotel Tokyo, perfect location and the hotel was perfect."

"Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Fabulous location with only a 5 minute walk to the subway. Breakfast was excellent with lots of different choices that would suit everyone's interests. They were very helpful to arrange luggage transfer for us. I highly recommend"

"The hotel is very nice. It is close to the Shimbashi train station so it is very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and addressed any issues we had. The beds are very comfortable and my wife loved the shower."

"Great hotel"

"Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!"

"Very convenient and easy to take bus to Narita from the hotel across the street."

"Staff are extremely helpful. It will be nice if there is a swimming pool and sauna/onsen for relaxing. Location is perfect with train stations close by."

"Very well located at walking distance from the train station. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Great breakfast"
