"The staff were so kind and helpful. We had no problem getting our luggage transferred to this hotel from another area and they had it all in our room when we got upstairs. My husband loved the onsen. There were no funky smells, bugs, or anything. I loved that there was room to set up our baby crib. Overall there was a pretty compact feeling in the space but we had everything we needed and the proximity to Tsukiji market and other areas was amazing. Easy access to public transport and tons of taxis around if needed. Coin laundry was also easy and convenient. I only wish the walls were cleaner."

"This building/hotel is stunning to look at and stay at. The hotel begins on the 25th floor and our room happened to be on the 31st. We were able to pick our room and got the view of Tokyo Tower. The room is very comfortable and has a little fridge, hot water kettle and mugs for coffee and tea. We enjoyed our meal at the hotel and they have a lovely lounge area as well. It's fairly well located off of the metro line as well. The only drag-back is that it's location is within a business center so alot of tall buildings but not alot of local restaurants in that exact area. Still I would choose this hotel again. "

"Nice, clean, friendly. Good location. 5 minute walk to train station and restaurants. Only negative is no in-room coffee. You have to go downstairs to use their coffee machine that opens at 7a). Other than that, i give it a “thumbs-up”."

"Typical small size hotel room in Japan, but the amenities like rooftop patio, in-facility laundry/dryer, late evening/early morning soak at onsen hot spring, free ramen/ice cream/yogurt to snack on more than makes up for it. Our room had windows you can open to let fresh air in, which was great. Water pressure in the shower was strong, and have to appreciate the warm bidet seats."

"This location is near the high end stores and close to transit, rail or metro. The breakfast area is very busy and groups of 2 work best. The staff are really nice and will go out of their way to help you. For breakfast it was ok, everywhere in Japan it seems you have to ask for your eggs cooked longer unless you like very runny omelettes, scrambled eggs or even over easy. There was a large travel group that took over the breakfast area which made it tough. We managed but decided on grab and go, coffee machine line was sometimes very long. The TV has very limited channels for English, but casting and Apps allowed YouTube access and so on. We just searched free movies and found some. Overall it’s a nice hotel with very polite and happy staff who always great you with a warm hello and a smile."

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here."
