"Location was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to public transportation as well as very nice shopping. Buffet breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Definitely would book here again"

"The hotel is not a 4*, perhaps a 3 or 3 1/2*. Rooms, carpets and bathrooms are dated and need a renovation. The room light switches do not make sense. No face cloths are provided or available. On return to the room one day, we found the bathroom floor covered in water and a couple of towels were obviously used to help soak up the water. The rug outside the bathroom was wet. The A/C had been turned up to 30C. Reporting this issue to housecleaning resulted in someone coming very quickly with a handful of towels. There was no explanation and the towels soaked up the water. The bed and pillows were very firm. Location is central in TST area and close to Nathan Road and Kowloon Park. All the hotels we stayed at in China were significantly better than this one in Hong Kong."

Clearer communication about available pricing options would be appreciated."
